Enjoy our sand arena & trails!
English or Western pleasure lessons at Vandermere Farm include grooming, tacking, and riding. Students will get the opportunity to ride in one of our arenas as well as take trail rides. They will learn about horsemanship and how to care for horses and ride in the arena as well as on trails. We also take students to horse shows & offer home shows if they have the interest. Jen is a registered & certified riding instructor through PATH Interl. (Professional Association of Therapeutic Horsemanship International).
What to wear: We recommend wearing boots with a small heal and riding breeches or comfortable jeans,. A certified ASTM riding helmet is required. We provide helmets if you do not have your own. Discount lesson packages are available for group sessions. Discounts are not applied for private lessons, one lesson, or therapeutic riding.
We offer a military discount on parties, lesson packages, and full day week long camp sessions.
24 hour cancellation policy. $35 fee on returned checks.
